使用(yong)萬(wan)用表(biao)測量(liang)驅動器(qi)輸出信(xin)號(如786J模(mo)塊的2.2V輸(shu)出是否正(zheng)常),若(ruo)異常則更(geng)換IGBT模塊。
檢測檢(jian)流(liu)電阻阻(zu)值(如786J的2、3腳(jiao)阻值(zhi)應(ying)為(wei)78Ω左右),偏(pian)差(cha)過(guo)大需更(geng)換。
