機(ji)械安(an)裝(zhuang)校準(zhun)
檢(jian)查(zha)電機(ji)安(an)裝(zhuang)法(fa)蘭(lan)平面(mian)度,要(yao)求偏差(cha)≤0.05mm/m,緊(jin)固(gu)螺(luo)栓需按(an)對角順(shun)序分(fen)三次擰緊(jin)至額定扭矩
聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)對中(zhong)誤差(cha)控制(zhi)在(zai)0.03mm以內,皮(pi)帶傳(chuan)動時(shi)使(shi)用張力計測量(liang)張力,確(que)保(bao)各(ge)皮(pi)帶差(cha)值<5%
