1. 電(dian)機(ji)與動力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)檢(jian)查(zha)
手動盤動電(dian)機(ji):檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)機(ji)軸(zhou)轉動是否平(ping)滑,若(ruo)轉動時存在(zai)周(zhou)期性阻礙或串(chuan)動,可(ke)能(neng)為(wei)軸(zhou)承(cheng)損(sun)壞(huai)
繞組(zu)檢(jian)測(ce):將(jiang)電(dian)機(ji)接入三(san)相工(gong)頻電(dian)源(yuan),觀察轉動是否正(zheng)常並測量(liang)電(dian)流(liu)值,判斷繞組(zu)是(shi)否(fou)平(ping)衡(heng)
動(dong)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)檢(jian)查(zha):檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)纜(lan)接(jie)頭是否(fou)氧化、松(song)動,測(ce)量(liang)三(san)相繞組(zu)電(dian)阻及絕緣(yuan)性能(neng),排除(chu)缺相或短(duan)路問題
2. 驅動模塊與功率(lv)板(ban)排查
模塊對調(tiao)測試(shi):將報警軸與正常軸的驅動模塊對調(tiao),若(ruo)報警轉移(yi),則(ze)需(xu)更(geng)換(huan)損(sun)壞(huai)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)模塊(如IGBT)
功(gong)率(lv)板(ban)檢(jian)查(zha):若(ruo)條(tiao)件(jian)允(yun)許(xu),可更(geng)換(huan)功(gong)率(lv)板(ban)或軸板進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試
對於611D驅動模塊,需註(zhu)意其(qi)控制插板是(shi)否(fou)正常
3. 編碼器與反(fan)饋系(xi)統驗證(zheng)
編碼(ma)器線纜(lan)檢(jian)查(zha):重(zhong)新(xin)插拔編(bian)碼(ma)器線纜(lan),確保(bao)屏蔽層接地(di)可靠(kao),避(bi)免(mian)電磁(ci)幹(gan)擾導致信(xin)號失真(zhen)
信(xin)號檢(jian)測(ce):使(shi)用(yong)示(shi)波(bo)器檢(jian)測(ce)編(bian)碼(ma)器脈(mai)沖(chong)信號,若(ruo)波形(xing)異常需更(geng)換(huan)編(bian)碼(ma)器或(huo)修(xiu)復(fu)電纜(lan)
4. 機(ji)械(xie)負載(zai)與參(can)數(shu)核對
機(ji)械阻力(li)檢(jian)測(ce):手動盤動電(dian)機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器,檢(jian)查(zha)導軌、絲杠(gang)是(shi)否卡(ka)阻,制動(dong)器是(shi)否(fou)未釋(shi)放
參(can)數(shu)校(xiao)對:核對驅動組(zu)態中(zhong)電機(ji)型號是(shi)否(fou)選擇(ze)正(zheng)確,並檢(jian)查(zha)相關(guan)參(can)數(shu)(如電(dian)流(liu)環參(can)數(shu))設(she)置(zhi)是(shi)否(fou)合理(li)
5. 系(xi)統與電源(yuan)排查(zha)
NCU狀(zhuang)態檢(jian)查(zha):觀察NCU模塊的PF報警燈是否亮(liang)起(qi),若(ruo)亮起(qi)可(ke)能(neng)需(xu)更(geng)換(huan)伺(si)服控制模塊或驅動模塊。
電源(yuan)穩(wen)定(ding)性:測(ce)量NCU單(dan)元(yuan)+24V供(gong)電(dian)及直流(liu)母線電壓(正(zheng)常600V±10%),排除電(dian)源(yuan)模塊故(gu)障
